Keith and Sophia did a “daddy – daughter” science project when I was in Norway the last time.  A pretty involved project it took three steps (and days) to complete.  The Volcano came from a kit from the Museum of Natural History.

First the little paper people and cars (really hilarious for a preschooler’s set if you ask me ;-))

Then the mix to make the volcan0

The next day when the mold had harden the volcano had to be painted–after all you’ve never seen a white volcano…………right?

Painting complete! I was lucky enough to be back from Norway for the great eruption.

Suffice it to say the houses and people lived on for another day, at least until the dinosaur showed up!
