I lost my Nikon. Actually I really think it was stolen but either way its gone. I’m so sad. My little underwater Olympus is great but its just not the same. I promise I’ll pull it out, dust it off and give it some love but I had to have a little period of mourning first.
A moment of silence please.
OK, now that that’s over. We had a GREAT Memorial Day weekend. We had friends visiting from Jacksonville and were joined by more of Keith’s old friends on Sunday and had a BALL. We did it all, wineries, DC, hanging out, the Air and Space Museum. All of it. Sophia rocked it, she was great, hung out with the big kids like a champ. She was exhausted Tuesday and so was I, today we got back to “normal” ….whatever that means 😉 Keith is traveling for a few days so we are hanging with the girls and wow that girl has gotten busy. She no longer walks anywhere. She runs, she dances, she jumps and sings but walking…. a thing of the past! Makes for a tired mommy at the end of the day, thank goodness she’s been true to her 7pm bedtime.
Tonight one of my neighbors came over and she was in full effect, rockin’ and rolling, singing and showing off to her hearts content. At 7:04 she said “I have to put my jammies on, its time to read Llama Llama Red Pajama”. Done. Like clockwork. Its amazing but its the one part of the day I can count on for sure.
I don’t actually read it to her anymore, she has it memorized and
“reads” it with me. We’ve tried switching books but to little avail, it just results in us reading 2-3-4 books or more before she gets to the point where its time for Llama Llama Red Pajama. I’ve always loved llamas but now I know I love them even more;-)
