Virgin Gorda

Beware picture overload coming up!  This past weekend we joined our friends on a weekend trip to Virgin Gorda to celebrate Janelle’s 30th birthday! We all had the best time, from the amazing beaches and perfect weather to lobsters in Anegada and the Baths,  it was one of those weekends we’ll never forget.

The Baths were awesome a huge set of boulders on the side of the island that you can walk your way through, really a big playground for adults!!

The next day (and Janelle’s actual birthday) we took a boat trip over to Anegada, the girls of course LOVED the boat

I’ve been to my share of beaches but I think this may be my new favorite….

Anegada is famous for its lobster…..when in Anegada you know…besides we WERE celebrating.

While they were cooking up lunch we took the chance to do some snorkling

Overall an amazing day with one more yet to come!

Sunday the boys continued the “daddy daughter” Sunday breakfast tradition while Janelle and I went to the spa.  They headed over to the Bitter End Yacht Club for breakfast.  What happens at the Bitter End stays at the Bitter End I guess….the first picture is the girls on the way over……the second is the way home.

On the way back to the ferry we caught some of the sites that make Virgin Gorda so much fun!  Its a tiny island with LOTS of personality!
